Sips n Nips is a cheeky take on wellness hosted by Galveston's Swell Wellness Club at Hotel Lucine-a morning of movement, recovery, and maybe a little bragging rights. Start your Saturday with a 30-minute Pilates class under the Pergola led by Katherine at 9 AM, then cool down (way down) with a guided cold plunge from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. The plunge setup includes individual tubs chilled with ice onsite and ready to go. Everyone who takes the dip walks away with a “cold water dips, chilly nips” sticker. Upcoming dates: July 26, August 9, and August 30.
