The Fancy at Hotel Lucine is excited to welcome Houston’s James Beard-nominated restaurant, JŪN, to Galveston Island for a weekend of culinary collaboration. Top Chef alum Evelyn Garcia and her partner chef Henry Lu will serve several courses spotlighting their signature new Asian-American flavors paired with a curated selection of Latin American wines.
