After two weeks of Mardi Gras chaos, it's time to find your flow again. Join wellness expert Lē Bergin for an intimate, transformational day designed for mid-century women ready to stop the start-stop cycle and create a sustainable rhythm that actually fits their lives. Through movement education, science-backed programming, and powerful mindset work, you'll design a personal rhythm that lasts—not another plan you'll abandon by March. Limited to 20 participants. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20
7:00-8:30pm - Cocktail hour/ meet & greet

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 21
9:00am - Coffee
9:30-10:00am - Welcome & Movement Warm-Up

Gentle movement to wake up bodies and set the tone for the day ahead.

10:00-11:45am - Workshop Block 1: Your Mid-Century Audit

Release limiting beliefs and outdated narratives about your body, your age, and your identity. Through guided exercises inspired by timeless storytellers, you'll inventory what's no longer serving you and begin writing your next chapter.

12:00-12:45pm - Lunch


1:00-2:15pm - Workshop Block 2: The Science & Your System

Understand WHY your body needs what it needs at this stage of life. Learn the One Body Training System framework built on Permission, Progression, and Personalization. We'll cover bone density, power training, and the 8 fundamental movement patterns that create lasting strength.

2:30-3:30pm - Movement Session: Form Clinic

Time to move! Bring your yoga mat for hands-on coaching through foundational strength patterns. Learn proper form for hip hinges, squats, presses, and more. This is practical, personal, and powerful.

3:45-4:30pm Workshop Block 3: Your 90-Day Action Plan

Design your personal roadmap. No cookie-cutter plans - just clear next steps based on YOUR life, YOUR body, YOUR goals.
