Join Alyssa Clark for Beach Yoga at Hotel Lucine, where mindful movement meets the beauty of the Gulf Coast.
This all-levels, one-hour class blends breathwork, gentle stretching, and an uplifting flow designed to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. We’ll close with a relaxing savasana by the water, followed by refreshing essential oil towels to complete your morning.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, all are welcome. Bring a friend or stay after class to enjoy everything Hotel Lucine and the beach have to offer.
Please bring water, Sunscreen and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Beach blankets and mats will be provided.
